Buff Bake is an innovative company that thrives on the ability to come up with new ideas and produce them quickly and efficiently. This is exactly how the creation of the Protein Sandwich Cookie and the Protein Nut Butter Snack Pack was created. With a line of Soft Protein Cookies and Nut Butter the design challenge was to create a label that fit the feel of the current brand, while representing something new and innovative.
Protein Sandwich Cookies
Main elements from other Buff Bake products were pulled into the Sandwich Cookie Packaging including the sunburst and the color system per flavor. Chunky of crunchy cookie fly out from behind the logo type to create energy and excitement. Double Chocolate, Peanut Butter Cup, and Snickerdoodle were the first three flavors launched. Followed by Sweet & Salty and Birthday. This packaging was in store from December 2017 – November 2018, until Buff Bake rebranded and redesigned their products.

Unfortunately these protein pack snack packs never hit the market but they were very fun to design. I was involved with the whole process of designing these snack packs from the tray shape and size to what flavors would be produced. Designing a fitness product so small was definitely a challenge.
