Consultant Win-Back Campaign

The Win Back campaign was designed to reconnect with former Consultants in a warm, personal, and inviting way while reintroducing them to the many improvements made across the Scout & Cellar brand experience. Beyond designing the campaign assets, I helped shape the overall creative direction and messaging strategy to ensure every touchpoint felt cohesive, welcoming, and aligned with the evolving brand.

At the center of the campaign was a trifold direct mail piece sent to more than 12,000 former Consultants. I led the creative direction for the campaign look and feel, helping develop the visual storytelling, messaging hierarchy, and overall customer journey across print and digital channels. The mailer highlighted updates to the website, simplified business tools, refreshed Consultant resources, and the renewed vision for the company. Supporting the direct mail effort, I also designed a series of email campaigns that echoed the same messaging and visual identity to create a seamless cross channel experience.

The campaign extended beyond traditional marketing materials and included a personalized founder video along with a live Zoom information session for those interested in rejoining the team. From campaign concepting to execution, this project allowed me to blend creative leadership, brand storytelling, and hands on design to create a multi touchpoint experience focused on rebuilding connection and excitement around the brand.
